Privacy policy

How we process data from the enquiry form and which cookies the website uses. Effective from 26 September 2026.

1. Who processes your data

2. Enquiry form

When you send us an enquiry through the form on this website, we process your name or company name, e-mail, phone number and the content of your message, i.e. only what you type into the form.

  • Purpose: handling your enquiry, preparing a quotation and negotiating an order.
  • Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for questions that do not lead to an order, our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: for the duration of the negotiations and then for no more than 3 years from the last communication, so that we can follow up on a previous enquiry. If an order is placed, contractual data is retained for the periods required by law (accounting, archiving).
  • Recipients: your enquiry is e-mailed directly to us. The web server and e-mail are operated by the hosting provider Blueboard.cz, s.r.o. as our processor. We do not pass your data to anyone else or outside the EU.

We also keep statistics on the number of enquiries: date, page language and the website or search engine the visitor came from. These statistics contain no personal data.

3. Cookies and measurement

The website itself does not store any cookies and uses no visitor tracking tools such as Google Analytics.

To measure our advertising in Sklik we use the measurement code of Seznam.cz, a.s. It is loaded from Seznam's server on every visit, so Seznam receives technical data about the visit, such as your IP address and the page visited. Without your consent, Seznam processes the visit anonymously only: it stores nothing on your device and reads nothing from it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

With the consent you give in the bar at the bottom of the page, we additionally activate retargeting: Seznam stores third-party cookies that allow our advertising to be shown to you within the Seznam network. Without your consent, retargeting is not activated and the website works exactly the same. Your choice (consent or refusal) is stored in your browser for 12 months; you can change it at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Fonts, scripts and images are loaded from our own server. The only exception is the Seznam measurement code described above.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Simply write to info@khstrade.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
